EliseAI has raised $350 million in a funding round at a $4 billion valuation. The financing was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital.
Founded in 2017 by Minna Song and Stoyan “Tony” Stoyanov, New York-based EliseAI develops AI agents that automate operational workflows across housing and healthcare. Its housing products support functions including leasing, resident communications, maintenance and renewals, while its healthcare platform handles administrative workflows such as patient scheduling, communication and insurance verification.
EliseAI plans to use the new capital to develop additional products and expand its engineering, deployment and sales teams across North America. The company also plans to establish San Francisco as a second engineering hub alongside its New York headquarters.
At the time of the announcement, EliseAI said its housing products were deployed across 6.5 million units, representing about one in five multifamily apartments in the US, and that it had surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue. The company also said its technology had reached 30 million unique renters.
The financing follows EliseAI’s $250 million Series E announced in August 2025. That round was led by a16z, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Sapphire Ventures and Navitas Capital.
