7. Editorial Content and Information
Bipsiq publishes startup, investment, fundraising and business-related information.
Our content may be based on editorial research, publicly available information, company announcements, external submissions or other relevant sources.
Although we aim to publish useful and accurate information, editorial materials may contain inaccuracies, omissions or information that subsequently changes.
Information may become outdated after publication.
Bipsiq does not guarantee that every article or statement is complete, current or appropriate for a particular reader’s circumstances.
Readers should independently verify material information before making significant business, financial or investment decisions.
Nothing in this section excludes legal responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. No Investment or Professional Advice
Content published on Bipsiq is provided for general news, informational and editorial purposes.
Articles concerning startups, funding rounds, venture capital, companies, valuations, financial developments or other commercial matters should not automatically be treated as personalized investment recommendations.
Unless expressly stated under an appropriately authorized arrangement, Bipsiq does not provide:
- Personalized investment advice.
- Securities brokerage services.
- Investment portfolio management.
- Financial planning.
- Legal advice.
- Tax advice.
- Accounting advice.
References to fundraising announcements, securities, investors or business opportunities do not, by themselves, constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell an investment.
Readers should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions that require regulated or specialized advice.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
The Bipsiq website may contain articles, editorial content, text, graphics, layouts, branding, photographs, logos and other materials protected by intellectual property laws.
Such materials belong to Bipsiq or their respective rights holders, as applicable.
The BIPSIQ name, branding and related proprietary identifiers may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests authorization, affiliation or endorsement.
Users may access website content for the purposes permitted under these Terms and applicable law.
Except where authorized or legally permitted, users must not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected website materials without permission from the applicable rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful exceptions to copyright, including applicable fair-dealing or similar rights.

10. Sharing and Referencing Articles
Visitors may share direct links to publicly accessible Bipsiq articles.
When referring to Bipsiq content, users should accurately identify the source and avoid materially misrepresenting the original publication.
The use of short quotations or excerpts is subject to applicable copyright law and any necessary permissions.
Commercial republication, syndication or substantial reproduction of protected content may require a separate licence.
Bipsiq may enter into separate arrangements for content licensing, syndication or authorized reuse.
11. Editorial Submissions and Press Releases
Bipsiq accepts startup announcements, press releases, fundraising news, company profiles, pitch decks and related editorial materials for consideration.
Submission of information does not automatically guarantee publication.
11.1 Submission authority
By submitting content, you represent that:
- You are authorized to submit the material.
- The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You possess the rights or permissions necessary for the proposed use.
- The submission does not knowingly infringe third-party rights.
- Any personal information included in the submission has been provided lawfully.
11.2 Ownership of submitted materials
Submission of materials does not automatically transfer ownership of all intellectual property to Bipsiq.
Submitters retain their existing rights in the materials they lawfully own.
Subject to the applicable Editorial Submission and Publication Terms, submitters authorize Bipsiq to review, evaluate, prepare, edit and publish accepted materials within the agreed editorial scope.
Any separate licences, permissions, attribution requirements or restrictions expressly agreed for a submission will also apply.
11.3 Editorial review
Bipsiq may assess submitted materials for relevance, quality, factual support, editorial suitability and applicable legal considerations.
Bipsiq may request clarification, correction or supporting documentation.
Publication decisions are subject to editorial assessment and applicable contractual commitments.
11.4 Confidential information
Submitters should not provide sensitive, proprietary or confidential information unless they are authorized to disclose it and have established an appropriate arrangement for its intended handling.
Submission through a general editorial form does not, by itself, establish a confidentiality agreement.
11.5 Third-party rights
Submitters are responsible for obtaining permissions required for materials supplied by or concerning third parties.
Applicable intellectual property, privacy and contractual rights remain enforceable notwithstanding any submission.
12. Sponsored Articles and Paid PR Services
Bipsiq offers sponsored publication and paid public relations services.
These services may be subject to separate commercial arrangements specifying the publication scope, pricing, schedule and deliverables.
12.1 Sponsored-content identification
Bipsiq identifies sponsored articles using relevant sponsored-content labelling.
Paid publication does not automatically constitute an independent endorsement of a product, company, investment opportunity or commercial claim.
12.2 Submitted advertising materials
Customers must provide materials they are authorized to use.
Sponsored materials must not knowingly contain unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or deceptive content.
12.3 Publication conditions
Publication timing, content scope and any agreed deliverables are governed by the accepted order or applicable commercial terms.
A submission or enquiry does not by itself create a binding obligation to publish.
Where Bipsiq accepts a paid publication commitment, the agreed contractual obligations and applicable consumer rights govern performance.
13. Prices, Payments and Billing
Paid services may be offered on one-time or recurring billing arrangements.
Relevant prices, service scope, billing terms and applicable charges are determined by the specific service order or purchase arrangement.
13.1 Payment processing
Online payments are processed through Razorpay using a gateway-hosted checkout.
Customers may be subject to applicable Razorpay payment-processing terms.
13.2 Pricing and taxes
The applicable price, billing period and relevant taxes or charges must be disclosed before a customer commits to a paid purchase.
Any material additional charges must be disclosed and authorized as required by applicable law.
13.3 Payment confirmation
A paid service is subject to the applicable purchase confirmation and accepted commercial terms.
Transaction information is processed according to the Bipsiq Privacy Policy and relevant payment-provider arrangements.
14. Sponsored Article Cancellation and Refunds
Bipsiq’s standard voluntary refund arrangement for paid sponsored articles is as follows.
14.1 Cancellation before publication
Where an accepted cancellation request is made before the sponsored article is published, Bipsiq provides a 100% refund of the relevant sponsored article payment.
This applies both:
- At least 72 hours before scheduled publication.
- Within 72 hours before scheduled publication, provided the article has not yet been published.
Internal submission of an article for publication does not, by itself, remove the pre-publication refund entitlement.
14.2 Cancellation after publication
Once a sponsored article has been published, Bipsiq does not ordinarily offer a voluntary cancellation refund.
This does not affect any refund, remedy or other right that is mandatory under applicable law or arises from a separate enforceable contractual commitment.
14.3 Refund requests
Refund requests should identify the relevant purchase, customer and sponsored publication.
Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment arrangements, subject to payment-provider processing procedures and relevant legal requirements.
More detailed operational rules may be stated in Bipsiq’s Refund & Cancellation Policy and any accepted service agreement.
15. Recurring Subscriptions and Renewal
Bipsiq offers monthly and annual recurring service arrangements.
The applicable subscription plan determines the price, billing period, services and renewal schedule.
15.1 Subscription billing
Monthly subscriptions are billed according to the agreed monthly billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions are billed according to the agreed annual billing cycle.
Where a subscription automatically renews, the renewal arrangement and applicable charges must be disclosed before the customer enters into the subscription.
15.2 Subscription cancellation
Bipsiq’s standard subscription cancellation policy requires at least 15 days’ notice before the end of the current billing cycle.
Where valid notice is received within that period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
15.3 Late cancellation notice
Where notice is received fewer than 15 days before the end of the current billing cycle, the subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the following billing cycle, subject to applicable mandatory cancellation rights.
Any additional renewal charge must be consistent with the agreed plan, the disclosures made at purchase and applicable law.
15.4 Consumer protections
Nothing in these subscription provisions excludes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights.
Where an applicable law grants additional rights, those rights prevail over any inconsistent contractual restriction.
16. Newsletter Services
Bipsiq provides newsletters containing startup news, fundraising announcements and related information.
Newsletter registration is based on a separate affirmative opt-in process.
Subscribers may unsubscribe through the link included in each newsletter.
Newsletter subscriptions and related personal-information processing are governed by the Bipsiq Privacy Policy.
Opting out of newsletters does not automatically cancel a separately purchased commercial subscription or other contractual service.
17. Privacy and Cookies
Our handling of personal information is described in the Bipsiq Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies, analytics, advertising technologies and tracking mechanisms is described in the Bipsiq Cookie & Tracking Policy.
These documents explain the relevant processing activities, consent controls, individual rights and privacy preferences.
Acceptance of these Website Terms does not constitute consent to all personal-data processing.
Where specific consent is required, it is requested separately through the applicable process.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
Bipsiq may provide links to independent websites and services, including startup websites, company profiles, social media platforms, payment gateways and external information sources.
Some website functions also involve third-party technology providers.
Third-party services operate according to their own terms and applicable privacy practices.
Bipsiq does not control independently operated third-party websites.
The inclusion of an external link does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement or verification of all information provided through that destination.
Nothing in this clause excludes responsibility imposed by applicable law.
19. Accuracy and Availability
Bipsiq aims to maintain accessible and useful website services.
However, website features, articles and services may occasionally be affected by maintenance, security issues, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control.
We may make reasonable changes to the website to maintain its security, functionality or operation.
For purchased services, availability and performance obligations remain subject to the applicable service agreement and mandatory legal requirements.
News, company announcements and market-related information may change over time, and historical articles may not reflect subsequent developments.
20. Complaints, Corrections and Content Concerns
Users may contact Bipsiq regarding:
- Inaccurate editorial information.
- Requests for article corrections.
- Copyright concerns.
- Suspected impersonation or misleading submissions.
- Privacy concerns.
- Sponsored-content enquiries.

- Other relevant complaints.
Contact: privacy@bipsiq.com
Complaints will be assessed according to their subject matter, applicable law and the relevant contractual or editorial process.
Where a separate statutory grievance procedure applies, it will operate in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.
21. Suspension and Restriction of Services
Bipsiq may restrict access to specific interactive features or services where reasonably necessary in response to:
- Material violations of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud or security misuse.
- Unlawful activity.
- Unauthorized submissions.
- Intellectual property or privacy complaints.
- Legal or regulatory requirements.
Any suspension or restriction will be subject to applicable contractual obligations, mandatory law and relevant customer rights.
Where appropriate, we may communicate the reason for a restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
22. Disclaimers
Bipsiq’s general editorial content is intended for information and news purposes.
Information may reflect the facts, sources and circumstances available at the time of publication.
Except where a specific contractual commitment or mandatory law provides otherwise, Bipsiq does not guarantee the completeness or continuing accuracy of all general editorial information.
Visitors are responsible for independently evaluating information where appropriate before relying on it for significant business, financial or professional decisions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Responsibility and Liability
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law and any enforceable agreement.
Bipsiq is not responsible for the independent actions or representations of third parties solely because those third parties are mentioned in editorial content or linked from the website.
Any contractual limitation of liability, if adopted, must be interpreted subject to applicable law and cannot exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer remedies, liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
24. Changes to These Terms
Bipsiq may update these Terms to reflect changes in its services, business operations, technology or applicable legal requirements.
Revised Terms will be made available on the website with an updated effective date.
Where required by law or the applicable contract, we will provide notice of material changes.
A material change to an existing paid contractual arrangement will be handled according to the terms of that agreement and applicable law.
Where renewed contractual agreement or consent is required, it will be obtained through the appropriate process.
25. Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern about the website or a service, you may contact Bipsiq using the information provided below.
We encourage parties to attempt a reasonable resolution of disputes through direct communication where appropriate.
Any unresolved dispute will be handled through the courts, tribunals or other processes having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms deprives an individual or consumer of mandatory legal remedies or legally protected access to an appropriate dispute-resolution forum.
26. Relationship With Other Terms
These Website Terms govern general website use and common interactions.
Separate terms may apply to particular services, including:
- Editorial Submission and Publication Terms.
- Sponsored Content and Advertising Terms.
- Subscription and Renewal Terms.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Where a separate agreement has been expressly accepted for a particular transaction, its specific provisions govern that transaction to the extent legally permitted.
Privacy notices and cookie disclosures operate independently of contractual agreement where applicable data protection law requires separate treatment.
No provision should be interpreted as removing a mandatory right available under applicable law.
27. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
An unenforceable provision will not be treated as authorizing an outcome prohibited by applicable law.
