ANote Music has raised €2 million to expand its music royalty catalogue, grow its European user base and continue developing its platform and mobile apps.

Luxembourg-based ANote Music has raised €2 million in a funding round led by Seventure Partners alongside ScaleFund, with participation from existing investors and shareholders. The company announced the closing of the round on September 29, 2026.

Founded in Luxembourg in 2018 by Marzio F. Schena, Matteo Cernuschi and Grégoire Mathonet, ANote Music operates a marketplace for buying and selling interests in music royalties. Its platform combines primary auctions, a secondary order book and automated royalty distributions, allowing rights holders to offer interests in future royalties and users to trade those interests. The platform launched in 2020.

ANote Music said the new capital will be used to expand the range of income-producing music catalogues available on the platform, increase marketing and user acquisition across Europe, and continue research and development for its platform and mobile applications.

At the time of the announcement, the company reported more than 100,000 songs across 36 listed catalogues, approximately 52,000 user accounts and more than €28 million in cumulative transaction value.
