Flow Engineering branding for the company’s $50 million Series B funding announcement.
Flow Engineering has secured $50 million in Series B funding to expand its agentic systems engineering platform for hardware development. The round values the company at $750 million.

Flow Engineering has raised $50 million in a Series B funding round at a $750 million valuation. The round was co-led by Antonio Gracias, founder of Valor Equity Partners, and Gavin Baker, Managing Partner at Atreides Management.

Sequoia Capital, which led Flow Engineering’s Series A, participated alongside Human Capital, Evantic, SV Angel, Odyssey and EQT. Individual investors included Hugging Face co-founder Thomas Wolf, Mercedes-Benz CIO Jonas von Malottki and former Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg. Roelof Botha also invested personally and joined Flow’s board as an independent director.

Led by Founder and CEO Pari Singh, San Francisco-based Flow Engineering develops an agentic systems engineering platform for companies building physical products. Its platform connects engineering requirements, CAD, simulation, code and testing within a shared system of record. AI agents monitor engineering changes, assess downstream impact and help verify requirements and test coverage across existing engineering tools.

Flow said customers using its platform include Rivian, Anduril, Joby Aviation, Stoke Space, Astranis, Radiant Industries, General Motors PPU and RV Tech, the Rivian and Volkswagen joint venture. The company said adoption at Rivian expanded from 40 to 1,500 users over seven months.

The company plans to use the Series B capital to develop its AI infrastructure for hardware engineering, expand review, branching and evaluation capabilities, and add controls for complex engineering programs. It also plans to hire across AI and systems engineering, pursue FedRAMP authorization and other certifications for regulated industries, and expand its sales team.

Flow previously announced a $23 million Series A led by Sequoia Capital.
