Polygrade, a warranty claims management startup, has disclosed $6.3 million in seed funding from investors including Construct Capital, American Family Ventures, Nine Four Ventures, Hustle Fund, Room and Pillar. The company emerged from stealth with the financing announcement on October 6, 2026. Construct Capital said it led the round.
Founded in 2025 by David Steckel, Eui Chung and Kaustubh Vongole, Polygrade develops an AI-based platform for warranty claims administration. Its specialized agents support functions across the claims lifecycle, including first notice of loss, triage, authorization, parts procurement and contractor payments. The platform is designed to operate alongside warranty companies’ existing systems and route exceptions for human review.
Polygrade plans to use the funding to expand its forward-deployed engineering, go-to-market and partner enablement teams. The company currently focuses on home warranty and plans to extend its platform into areas including extended warranty, OEM warranty and equipment breakdown insurance. Polygrade says its platform is already deployed with warranty providers including Cinch Home Services, Fidelity National Home Warranty, Elevate and United.
