Founded in 2023 by Siddharth Bohra and Debottam Datta, the San Ramon, California-based company develops an agentic AI platform for enterprise transformation. The platform connects strategy, planning, execution and business outcomes within a unified system for enterprise technology and transformation teams.
Trmeric’s platform combines a shared repository of enterprise knowledge and transformation activity with AI agents that support planning, resource allocation, execution, governance and value measurement. Its Tango system coordinates specialist agents across different stages of the transformation lifecycle.
The company said its platform supports $1 billion in enterprise transformation activity, with companies including Veolia, Seagate and ServiceTitan using Trmeric. The new capital will be used to accelerate product innovation, expand customer adoption and scale the business.
