Rebel Audio, a Nashville, Tennessee-based AI-powered podcasting platform, announced a Series A funding round led by creator media company HardScope on October 8, 2026. The round targets $10 million at an approximately $50 million post-money valuation, with additional funding expected within a 90-day window.

HardScope is led by Matt Kalish, co-founder of DraftKings. Rebel Audio also identified Launch TN, Capital Midwest, Rich Marder, Joe McCann, Julie Gauthier, Charlie Epstein, Ben Lurie and Jonathan Schulman as members of its strategic investor network.

Founded in 2025 by Jared Gutstadt, Rebel Audio develops AI-powered tools that help podcasters and content creators manage audio production and distribution. Its platform combines recording, editing, publishing, translation, distribution and monetization within a single workflow.

The platform also provides automated transcription, episode translation, AI-generated content, social media clips and publishing tools designed to reduce the number of separate services required to produce and distribute podcasts.

Rebel Audio plans to use the financing to accelerate product development, expand its AI infrastructure, support creator acquisition and increase marketing activities.

The Series A follows an earlier seed round totaling $4.15 million, according to the company’s latest announcement. Rebel Audio also launched its public beta in June 2026, making its AI-powered podcasting tools available to creators.

As part of the financing announcement, Matt Kalish joined Rebel Audio’s board of directors alongside Jacob Dezarn, Benjamin Lurie and Jonathan Schulman.
