Healthcare AI startup Vocca has raised $20 million in a Series A led by Norrsken VC, with participation from Heal Capital, Speedinvest and firstminute capital.

Vocca has raised $20 million in a Series A round led by Norrsken VC, with participation from Heal Capital, Speedinvest and firstminute capital. The healthcare AI startup said the financing brings its total funding to $25 million.

Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Paris, Vocca develops AI software for healthcare providers. The company operates in both Europe and the United States and has also established an office in New York.

Vocca’s platform uses AI assistants to manage patient phone calls and administrative workflows. The system can book and reschedule appointments, send reminders and handle routine patient requests. Its scheduling engine is designed around specialty-specific healthcare workflows and integrates with software already used by medical practices.

The company said its platform is now used by more than 15,000 medical practitioners across 1,500 practices and more than 20 specialties in the US and Europe. Vocca handles more than one million patient conversations per month, while Norrsken VC said the company’s revenue increased sevenfold over the previous year.

Vocca plans to use the Series A capital to expand its healthcare scheduling capabilities, support additional medical specialties, develop communication channels beyond voice and continue its expansion in the United States.
