Healthcare AI company Suki has secured $90 million in Series E financing from new and existing investors. The funding will support AI development, integrations, and commercial expansion.

Suki, a US-based healthcare AI company, has secured $90 million in Series E financing to support its growth and expand its artificial intelligence capabilities across clinical and operational workflows.

The financing, announced on October 13, 2026, brought in new investors Healthier Capital, Crosslink Capital, and Hercules Capital. Existing institutional investors also participated, including Venrock, Flare Capital Partners, Hedosophia, Philips Ventures, and Zoom Ventures.

Founded in 2017 by Punit Soni, Suki is headquartered in Redwood City, California. The company develops AI-powered healthcare software designed to reduce administrative work for clinicians and support clinical documentation, medical coding, clinical reasoning, and revenue cycle operations.

Its platform uses ambient clinical intelligence to process patient-clinician conversations and generate documentation and other information for healthcare workflows. Suki offers its technology through Suki for Clinicians, a clinician-facing application, and Suki for Partners, which enables healthcare technology companies to integrate its AI capabilities through software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs).

Suki serves more than 450 healthcare organizations through its clinician-facing application and works with over 30 technology partners that incorporate its AI into their products. The company also reported that patient encounters supported by its technology increased by more than 190% year over year in 2026.

The new financing will support further development of Suki’s healthcare AI technology, expansion of its integrations and partner ecosystem, and growth of its commercial organization. As part of the financing, Dr. Aman Mahajan, a partner at Healthier Capital, is set to join Suki’s board of directors.

The investment follows Suki’s $70 million Series D funding round in October 2024, which was led by Hedosophia. The latest financing supports the company’s expansion beyond clinical documentation into additional clinical, financial, and operational applications.
