Atira, a Munich-based AI software startup focused on industrial sales engineering, has raised a $15 million Seed round led by Accel. The financing brings the company’s total disclosed funding to $17.5 million, including a previously unannounced $2.5 million pre-seed round.

The broader financing includes backing from UVC Partners, Fortino Capital and BOOOM, as well as Ann-Kristin Achleitner, Marc Bitzer, Markus Flik and Bastian Nominacher. UVC Partners, which participated in Atira’s pre-seed financing, also increased its investment through the Seed round.

Co-founded by Florian Diegruber and August DuMont Schütte, Atira develops a multi-agent platform for industrial companies selling complex, built-to-order products and services. The software operates across existing CRM, ERP and CPQ systems to process incoming requests for quotation, structure technical requirements, support solution configuration and generate technical and commercial documentation.

The company plans to use the new capital to expand its go-to-market organisation, accelerate product development and support international growth. It also plans to extend its platform into areas including pricing intelligence, aftersales and supplier coordination.

Atira launched commercially in 2025 and says it has more than 15 customers, including ABB E-Mobility, Chiron Group, Rema Tip Top and Robel.
