Félix has secured $200 million in new financing, consisting of an $87 million Series C equity round led by Andreessen Horowitz and a $113 million credit facility from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund. QED Investors, Castle Island Ventures, Switch Ventures, Contour Venture Partners and Endeavor Catalyst participated in the equity round.

Founded in 2020 by Manuel Godoy and Bernardo García, Miami-based Félix develops financial services for Latinos in the United States through a conversational experience built around WhatsApp. The company began with cross-border remittances to Latin America and is expanding its offering into a broader financial platform.

Users interact with Félix through WhatsApp rather than a separate consumer app. Its conversational AI handles functions including onboarding, transaction processing and customer support. On the backend, Félix settles most transactions in USDC before funds are converted into local currencies through its network of payout partners.

The financing will support Félix as it expands beyond remittances into additional financial products, including credit and savings, while investing in its AI capabilities and entering additional markets in Latin America.

Félix said it has processed more than $8 billion in transactions for over six million people across 11 Latin American markets. The company also said its revenue grew more than 2.5 times year over year.

The Series C follows Félix’s $75 million Series B financing led by QED Investors in 2025.
