Chamelio, a New York-based legal technology startup, has raised $26 million in a Series A round led by Entrée Capital. Existing investors Work-Bench and Emerge Ventures participated in the financing, alongside Bright Pixel Capital.

Founded in 2024 by Alex Zilberman, Gil Banyas and Gal Lellouche, Chamelio develops an AI-powered legal intelligence platform for in-house legal teams. Zilberman serves as CEO, Banyas as COO and Lellouche as CTO.

The platform is designed to support legal work across contract drafting and review, negotiation, intake, approvals, workflows, contract repositories and obligation management. It also integrates with enterprise tools including Salesforce and Slack.

Chamelio said it will use the new capital to further develop its legal action model, expand its legal engineering and product teams, and invest in onboarding technology. The company also said its annual recurring revenue has quadrupled since its seed round and that it now serves hundreds of customers, including Wiz, monday.com, Socure, AppsFlyer and Wonderful.ai.
