Reply Next, a Spanish startup developing software for managing the digital presence of multi-location businesses, raised €400,000 in pre-seed funding. The round was led by 4Founders Capital, with participation from business angels Juanjo Mostazo and David Alcobero. The financing was announced on September 24, 2026.
Founded by Miguel Peñate, Reply Next provides a platform that helps brands manage digital presence and customer interactions across multiple physical locations. Its software brings reviews, messages, listings and other digital signals into a centralised platform, while AI agents can respond to customer interactions and support location-level digital presence management.
The company plans to use the funding to strengthen its technology and sales teams, accelerate product development and develop additional AI agents designed to automate processes and operational decisions for brands.
In October 2025, Reply Next won the Canarias Destino Startup pitch competition, receiving a €10,000 prize from the Vice Presidency of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria.
