One Biosciences has secured €3.3 million through the France 2030 i-Démo program to advance its CAST cancer diagnostics project with Institut Curie.

Paris-based One Biosciences has secured €3.3 million in funding through the France 2030 i-Démo program, operated by Bpifrance, to support the CAST project in collaboration with Institut Curie. The four-year Cancer Single-cell Analysis for Therapy program will focus on advancing single-cell diagnostics for triple-negative breast cancer.

CAST will support the industrialisation of One Biosciences’ OneMap™ platform, validation of predictive biomarkers for triple-negative breast cancer, preparation for regulatory approval, and expansion of the company’s centralised clinical laboratory infrastructure in the Paris region.

OneMap combines single-cell transcriptomics with AI to analyse tumours at individual-cell resolution. The platform is designed to process standard clinical biopsy samples and produce reports intended to support treatment decision-making. One Biosciences says its workflow can deliver results within two weeks.

The CAST program will work with Institut Curie’s Institute of Women’s Cancers and a clinical cohort of more than 300 patients with triple-negative breast cancer. The project is intended to generate clinically annotated single-cell data that can be used to study treatment response and resistance.

One Biosciences was created in 2020 as a spin-off from Institut Curie in collaboration with Home Biosciences. Céline Vallot, co-founder and Chief Scientific Officer, is an Institut Curie and CNRS researcher whose work focuses on cancer epigenetics and single-cell analysis. Hedi Ben Brahim serves as the company’s CEO.

The company previously raised a €15 million Series A in July 2025, led by Redmile Group and Blast, with participation from Galion.exe, Invus, Adamed Technology, Sofinnova Partners, Polytechnique Ventures and Kima Ventures. The financing was intended to advance the clinical development of OneMap and expand partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
