Outmarket AI has raised $34.5 million in a Series B funding round led by SignalFire, with participation from Fika Ventures, Permanent Capital Ventures, TTV Capital and Dash Fund. The financing brings the San Francisco-based insurance technology company’s total funding to $56.5 million.

Founded in 2023 by Vishal Sankhla and Anshu Jain, Outmarket develops an AI platform for insurance agencies and brokerages. Its software integrates with agency management systems and supports workflows including proposal creation, quote comparisons, policy checks, coverage analysis, loss runs and account setup.

The Series B follows Outmarket’s $17 million Series A, which was announced four months earlier. The company said its platform is now used by more than 300 insurance agencies and over 10,000 users.
