Bengaluru-based Alive has raised $1 million in seed funding from Powerhouse Ventures and Flipkart Ventures, adding fresh capital to expand its technology platform and supply of curated lifestyle experiences. The funding was announced on September 28, 2026.
Founded in 2023 by Vivek Kumar, Alive operates a consumer platform through which users can discover and book curated activities across categories including adventure, food, wellness, art and culture. The company is headquartered in Bengaluru.
Alive currently offers more than 500 experiences across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi NCR and Goa. Founder Vivek Kumar said the platform is adding around 100 new experiences each month. The company’s funding announcement also said it works with more than 400 creators and partners.
The new capital will be used to strengthen Alive’s product and technology capabilities and expand the availability of experiences across its existing markets. Flipkart Ventures said Alive will also receive strategic mentorship, operational support and access to Flipkart’s broader ecosystem.
Alive previously raised ₹6 crore in November 2025 from Powerhouse Ventures and a group of angel investors and operators. At that time, the platform had more than 125 experiences and was operating in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.
