Atomic has raised $12.5 million in a Series A round co-led by Klass Capital and Madrona. Adrian Schauer of Klass Capital and Matt McIlwain of Madrona are joining the company’s board alongside Jon McNeill, co-founder and CEO of DVx Ventures and a former Tesla president.

The company plans to use the funding to extend its AI-native supply chain planning platform beyond planning and decision support into a control system connecting business objectives with day-to-day operating decisions. Atomic uses AI agents to help planning teams evaluate changes in demand or supply and adjust purchasing, production and inventory decisions.

Founded by Michael Rossiter, Neal Suidan and Jeff Goodrich, Atomic draws on the founders’ experience in sales and operations planning at Tesla during the Model 3 production ramp. The company was incubated at DVx Ventures, which has backed Atomic since its early development.

Atomic’s platform models supply chain operations at the product and unit level, allowing businesses to run scenarios and manage decisions across demand, manufacturing, purchasing, inventory and allocation. The company says its sales and operations planning layer can be deployed using existing company data and can operate alongside existing ERP systems.

Customers include DoorDash’s DashMart, GoodChop, a HelloFresh business, Starface World, OOFOS, LMNT and Vincero. According to Atomic, its platform automates about 90% of purchasing across hundreds of DashMart sites, while GoodChop reduced inventory on hand from eight or nine weeks to four weeks while expanding the business.

Atomic previously announced a $3 million seed round in May 2025 with backing from DVx Ventures and Madrona.
