M-Fly, a defense technology startup developing laser guidance systems and gyro-stabilized gimbals for unmanned platforms, has secured an undisclosed amount in a new funding round led by MITS Capital. Existing investor Freedom Fund participated alongside Norwegian defense-focused Gardar Venture Capital and an undisclosed new investor. The funding amount and company valuation were not disclosed.
M-Fly said the capital will be used to expand production capacity and accelerate product development and adaptation. The company is responding to demand from customers in Ukraine and NATO markets.
Led by founder and CEO Vladyslav Myhovych, M-Fly develops imaging and guidance systems for aerial, maritime and ground unmanned platforms. Its product portfolio includes the RB-220 heavy-duty gimbal, RB-150GD dual-sensor gimbal and laser guidance systems including the RB-150CW and Seeker.
The company also plans to introduce the RB-100, a lighter gimbal designed for smaller drones, in the first quarter of 2027.
