Paris-based IT operations software company Primo has raised €6.9 million, approximately $8 million, in a funding round led by Headline and Global Founders Capital. Pennylane co-founder and CEO Arthur Waller and Pigment co-founder and CEO Romain Niccoli also participated.
Founded in 2022 by Martin Pannier, Nicolas Nallet and Antoine de Mereuil, Primo develops software for managing corporate IT operations. Its platform brings device management, SaaS applications, employee identities and IT support into a unified system.
Primo is extending the platform with AI agents designed to execute IT workflows using the data and operating rules held within the system. The company says the agents can handle processes across devices, access, purchasing and support while keeping IT teams in control of actions and permissions.
The company says more than 400 organisations across 10 countries use its platform. Primo plans to use the new capital to expand the deployment of its AI agents, grow its team and accelerate its presence across Europe and the United States.
The financing follows a $3.4 million funding round reported in 2023, which was also led by Headline and Global Founders Capital.
