Paris-based Marble has raised €6.5 million in a Series A round led by Smartfin, with participation from ADNEXUS and existing investors Passion Capital, 42CAP and Hexa. The financing brings the company’s total funding raised to €9 million.
Marble is led by co-founders Arnaud Schwartz, CEO, and Pascal Delange, CTO. The company develops an open-source platform for fraud detection and anti-money laundering compliance, serving banks, fintechs and other regulated financial institutions.
Its platform combines transaction monitoring, screening, alert triage, case investigation and regulatory reporting. Compliance teams can configure detection rules and workflows, while Marble’s AI capabilities are designed to assist with tasks including rule generation, alert analysis and investigation preparation. The software can be deployed on an institution’s own infrastructure or used as a managed service.
Marble said the new capital will be used to expand AI-powered automation across its compliance workflows. The company says its platform is already in production at more than 100 banks and fintechs across more than 25 countries.
The Series A was announced on September 29, 2026. Smartfin joined Marble as the lead investor, while ADNEXUS entered as a new investor alongside continued backing from Passion Capital, 42CAP and Hexa.
