New Delhi-based cybersecurity startup Zaperon has raised ₹7 crore in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV). The round was announced on October 1, 2026.

The company plans to use the capital to strengthen its product capabilities, develop enterprise-focused AI security frameworks and expand its commercial presence across India and the US.

Founded in 2021 by Vineet Gupta and Sachin Aggarwal, Zaperon develops enterprise cybersecurity software focused on identity security, data protection and AI governance. Its platform provides a centralized environment for organizations to manage how users, applications and AI agents access sensitive data, applications and cloud infrastructure.

Zaperon describes its core product as an identity-centric Security Service Edge platform. Its security capabilities include zero-trust access, identity protection, data loss prevention, cloud data protection and controls for enterprise AI usage. The company serves organizations across sectors including banking and financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, technology and government.
