Bengaluru-based healthcare technology startup Prodoc AI has raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round led by the Dr A. Velumani Family Office. Dr Kunal Shet and Parth D. Bhasin also participated in the round, with Prodoc AI identifying both as existing users of its platform.
Founded in 2022 by Asit Kumar Vidyarthi and Raghuvamshi Thakur, Prodoc AI develops a Patient Journey OS for hospitals. The company’s platform is designed to connect systems used across hospital departments, including hospital information systems, electronic medical records, CRM, billing, telephony and diagnostics.
Prodoc AI works alongside hospitals’ existing technology infrastructure, creating an intelligence and orchestration layer for patient journeys rather than requiring healthcare providers to replace their core systems. Its platform supports workflows including patient acquisition, appointment conversion, OPD intelligence, care coordination, follow-ups, partner and referral management, Voice AI and hospital operations.
The company plans to use the seed capital to develop its agentic AI capabilities, expand integrations with hospital software systems and build AI agents for workflows across care coordination, patient engagement, operations and revenue processes.
Prodoc AI said its technology is currently used across more than 100 hospitals, handles over one million patient engagements each month and supports more than 50 software integrations.
