Ghent-based construction technology startup Spotable has raised €4 million in Seed funding from Jonas Dhaenens, Christophe Morbee, the family office of Hilde Cloostermans and Philip Corens, and Arne Vandendriessche. Investment broker The Harbour guided the round.
Founded in September 2024 by Sebastien Vandendriessche, Julie Dumoulin and Pieter-Jan Philips, Spotable develops software for roofing, facade and other building-envelope contractors. Vandendriessche serves as CEO, Dumoulin as CRO and Philips as CTO.
The platform allows contractors to enter a property address and generate a 3D model of the roof or facade. It provides measurements, material takeoffs, estimated labour hours, costs, margins and quotation data, helping automate parts of the measurement and estimating workflow.
Spotable plans to use the new capital for further product development and international expansion. After establishing operations in Belgium and the Netherlands, the company is targeting France and Germany while developing its presence in the United States.
The company currently serves about 350 customers, mainly in Belgium and the Netherlands, and says more than 10 million square metres of roof area have been processed through its platform. Spotable has also grown to a team of around 30 people.
Spotable previously raised €1.3 million in March 2025 to support product development and team expansion.
