Vilnius-based Holo has secured €5 million in seed funding led by Market One Capital. The startup plans to expand its AI marketing automation platform, which serves more than 20,000 paying businesses worldwide.

Holo, a Lithuania-based AI marketing automation startup, has raised €5 million in a seed funding round led by Market One Capital. The round also included participation from Silicon Gardens, FIRSTPICK, Leonis Capital, NGL Ventures, Tekton Ventures, and angel investors.

Founded in Vilnius in 2025 by Deividas Kovger and Aleksandras Urbanavičius, Holo develops AI-powered software that helps small businesses plan, create, and manage marketing campaigns without requiring dedicated marketing teams. The company’s founding team also includes Karolis Vaiginis, who leads design, and Chief Technology Officer Arnas Puidokas.

Holo’s platform analyses a company’s website, brand identity, and business objectives to develop marketing strategies and generate advertising creatives, social media posts, email campaigns, and search engine optimisation content. Businesses can review and approve the generated materials or automate selected activities. The software also monitors campaign performance and recommends adjustments based on results.

The company reported reaching $5 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 252 days of launch. According to its fundraising announcement, Holo serves more than 20,000 paying businesses across over 100 countries. It had raised less than €1 million before the latest seed round.

Holo plans to use the new capital to expand its automated marketing capabilities, accelerate customer acquisition among small businesses internationally, and strengthen its product development and technical teams in Vilnius.
