North.cloud, a New York-based cloud infrastructure spend management and automation company, has raised $60 million in a Series B funding round led by PeakSpan Capital. The round also saw participation from Litquidity Ventures, Companyon Ventures, Alpaca, Uncommon Denominator, Gaingels, and Mana Ventures.
Founded in 2023 by Matt Biringer and Yassine Açoine, North.cloud develops software that helps businesses monitor, manage, and optimize spending across cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and data services. Biringer serves as CEO, while Açoine is the company’s CTO.
The company’s platform enables finance and engineering teams to manage infrastructure expenses across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Snowflake.
North.cloud offers automated financial operations capabilities, including infrastructure spend analysis, cloud commitment management through its Autobot product, and AI model usage tracking and financial controls through TokenFlow. These tools are designed to help organizations understand infrastructure costs, automate spending decisions, and manage resource utilization.
According to the company, its platform is approaching $2 billion in managed cloud spending and has helped customers achieve more than $400 million in savings. Its customers include AssemblyAI, Atlan, Tines, SnapLogic, Emplifi, and Imply.
North.cloud plans to use the Series B proceeds to expand automated optimization capabilities across cloud providers, develop additional integrations, strengthen AI spending management, and grow its engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
The funding follows a $5 million Series A round announced in June 2025, which was led by Companyon Ventures. That financing coincided with the launch of North 2.0, a platform update focused on cloud cost management, automation, and AI-enabled financial operations.
