Duvo, a Prague-based enterprise AI software company, has raised $32 million in a Series A funding round led by Balderton Capital, with participation from existing investors Index Ventures, Northzone and Credo Ventures.

The funding brings the company’s total capital raised to $48 million and will support its international expansion, with an initial focus on retailers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies in the United States.

Founded in 2025 by Tomáš Čupr, Marek Paris and Martin Pecha, Duvo develops an enterprise operations platform that enables employees and AI agents to execute business processes across existing software systems. Čupr, who also founded European online grocery company Rohlik Group, serves as Duvo’s co-founder and CEO.

Duvo’s platform combines process discovery, AI-driven automation and human oversight. Its Duvo Clarity product uses AI-led employee interviews, screen recordings and existing documentation to identify how operational processes function within an organisation.

The platform’s AI agents can then execute approved tasks across enterprise resource planning systems, supplier portals, spreadsheets and email inboxes. It uses APIs where available and interacts with existing software interfaces when direct integrations are unavailable. Employees retain control over decisions requiring approval, while the system maintains records of completed actions and operational results.

Duvo serves enterprise functions including finance, supply chain, commercial operations, customer service, marketing and human resources. Its customers include retailers and consumer brands such as Morrisons, Holland & Barrett and Notino.

As part of its expansion, Duvo has appointed Michael Green as Chief Commercial Officer. Green joins from Databricks and previously held a senior leadership position at Salesforce.

The company has also appointed Spencer Insolia as Managing Director for the United States. Insolia previously served as President of Kmart and as a Managing Director at Accenture.

The new funding will support Duvo’s efforts to extend its enterprise automation platform into additional markets, beginning with its US retail and consumer goods operations.
