London-based cybersecurity startup CodeWall has raised $4 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Osney Capital, with participation from InReach Ventures, Antler and angel investors. The company announced the funding on October 14, 2026, alongside its emergence from stealth.
Founded by Paul Price, who serves as CEO, CodeWall develops an AI-powered offensive security platform designed to help enterprises identify and validate exploitable vulnerabilities across their digital infrastructure.
The platform uses autonomous AI agents to simulate external cyberattacks without requiring credentials, source code or privileged internal access. These agents examine applications, services and infrastructure, sharing findings to identify how individual security weaknesses could be combined into broader attack paths.
CodeWall’s system maintains a persistent investigation graph that allows its agents to build on previous discoveries. The platform provides evidence of exploitable vulnerabilities and supports repeated testing as applications change, new systems are deployed or security fixes are implemented.
The company serves enterprise customers, including banks and financial institutions. CodeWall has also identified Axos Financial as a customer using its technology to conduct more frequent security assessments.
Before emerging from stealth, CodeWall published research detailing vulnerabilities identified by its autonomous agents in platforms operated by McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Company. The company reported the findings through responsible disclosure processes.
CodeWall plans to use the new funding to expand the environments its autonomous agents can assess and further develop testing, vulnerability verification and remediation workflows.
The investment will also support hiring across offensive security, engineering, customer success and go-to-market functions in London.
