Angle Health announced a $600 million financing package at a $2.7 billion valuation, comprising a $200 million Series C financing and a $400 million tender offer. The transaction is led by Vitruvian Partners, with participation from new investor Town Hall Ventures and existing investors Blumberg Capital, Portage, PruVen Capital and Y Combinator. The company said the transaction was expected to close later in September 2026.
Founded in 2019 by former Palantir engineers Ty Wang and Anirban Gangopadhyay, Angle Health is a San Francisco-based health insurance and benefits company serving employers. The startup participated in Y Combinator’s Winter 2020 batch.
Angle Health provides technology-enabled employer health plans and benefits administration. Its platform combines functions including underwriting, plan administration, claims and member engagement, while its Benefit Builder and Quote-to-Card products allow brokers to create underwritten quotes and implement employer groups. The company says it now serves more than 5,000 employers and offers customized health plans across 47 US states.
Angle Health said the financing will support continued investment in its AI-native technology platform and care navigation across local and condition-specific care options. The financing follows a $134 million Series B announced in December 2025.
