Anees Health, an Egyptian healthtech startup providing coordinated home healthcare, has closed a seed funding round for an undisclosed amount. The company did not disclose the participating investors.
Founded in 2025 by Dr Mahmoud Darwish and Dr Ahmed Oraby, Anees Health provides integrated care for older adults, people with chronic conditions, and patients requiring recovery or rehabilitation support. Its model coordinates doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, diagnostics and other healthcare services under a unified care plan.
Anees Health plans to use the funding to expand its clinical and care coordination teams, strengthen its technology and operational infrastructure, broaden its coverage across Greater Cairo, and deepen coordination with healthcare partners.
The company operates an in-house electronic health record infrastructure built around the HL7 FHIR standard for healthcare data exchange. Anees Health said it has delivered more than 1,000 medical and care services since its launch.
