FintechOS, a London-headquartered financial technology company, has raised $28 million in combined equity and debt financing to support expansion in the United States and further growth across Europe. The financing came from existing shareholders including Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners, Molten Ventures, OTB Ventures and Gapminder VC, alongside a senior debt facility from Santander Corporate & Investment Banking.

Founded in 2017 by Teo Blidarus and Sergiu Negut, FintechOS develops software for banks, insurers and other financial institutions. The company is headquartered in London and also has offices in New York, Bucharest and Amsterdam.

FintechOS provides an AI-native platform for financial product operations, enabling institutions to manage activities including product design, pricing, origination and servicing while operating alongside existing core systems. The company said the new capital will be used to strengthen its US expansion base, deepen its European client portfolio and scale the delivery operation supporting its platform.

The financing follows a first half of 2026 in which FintechOS said it reached profitability, while recurring revenue increased 40% year over year and its US business grew 130%. In May 2024, the company announced a $60 million Series B+ investment led by Molten Ventures, Cipio Partners and BlackRock, with participation from EarlyBird VC, OTB Ventures and Gapminder VC.
