New York-based AI company millionways has received an undisclosed investment from Hunt Scanlon Ventures. The company develops the Thorsten-4 behavioral intelligence model.

Hunt Scanlon Ventures has completed an investment in millionways, a New York-based AI company developing behavioral intelligence technology. The financial terms and financing stage were not disclosed. The investment was publicly announced on September 22, 2026.

millionways is led by co-founders Martin Cordsmeier and Max Weidemann. Its core technology is Thorsten-4, a proprietary Large Psychology Model designed to analyze communication and identify behavioral signals related to factors such as motivation, decision-making, stress response and interaction patterns. The company applies the technology across areas including AI governance, executive hiring, talent management and leadership assessment.

The company describes Thorsten as the product of a research program spanning more than a decade and says the model is now in its fourth generation. In April 2023, millionways said it had raised $10 million to date through a mix of equity, convertible notes, grants and angel investment.
