Stockholm-based IPercept has raised $16.5 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Isogon Ventures and 2150. Existing investors Luminar Ventures, RunwayFBU, J12, AI.FUND and Backstage Invest also continued their support.
Founded by Karoly Szipka and Andreas Archenti, IPercept originated from research at KTH Royal Institute of Technology focused on improving the reliability and performance of industrial machinery. The company develops machine intelligence technology for CNC equipment, combining sensors, software and AI to monitor machine condition and identify component-level changes.
Its technology collects information from a machine’s physical motion and converts the data into insights for maintenance and production teams. The system is designed to operate without requiring access to CNC machine controllers or a manufacturer’s internal IT infrastructure.
IPercept said the new capital will support further growth across Europe and the Gulf, its entry into the US market and continued development of intelligence applications built on its industrial data platform. The company’s technology is deployed across more than a dozen countries, while investor announcements said it is used by more than 30 manufacturers, including Airbus, Bosch, Hitachi Energy, Scania and Volvo.
The Series A follows a €5 million funding round announced in May 2025 and led by Luminar Ventures, with participation from RunwayFBU, Backstage Invest and AI.FUND, alongside existing investor J12.
