San Francisco-based Dodge AI has raised $2.65 million from Accel, Google AI Futures Fund and other investors to expand its AI platform for enterprise application maintenance.

Dodge AI, a San Francisco-based enterprise AI startup, has raised $2.65 million in a funding round co-led by Accel and Google’s AI Futures Fund. NewBuild Venture Capital, Antler, Schema Ventures and angel investors from the SAP ecosystem also participated in the round.

Founded in 2025 by Rebhav Bharadwaj, CEO, and Aditya Thakur, CTO, Dodge AI develops AI agents for maintaining and modernizing enterprise software systems. Accel describes the company as building autonomous AI agents for enterprise ERP maintenance, initially focused on SAP environments.

Dodge AI’s platform is designed to work across enterprise applications and the business processes, customizations, configurations and support systems connected to them. It can trace the root causes of incidents, recommend fixes and automate maintenance workflows across software including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis and Oracle JDE.

The company says it is working with more than a dozen enterprises, around half of which are publicly listed companies, on incident management and process optimization. Dodge AI was also selected for Accel Atoms’ 2026 AI cohort, which was backed alongside Google’s AI Futures Fund.
