AI Hospitality Group (AIHG), a Dallas-based hotel operating company built around an AI-enabled operating model, raised $7.5 million in seed funding. The round was led by Rackhouse Venture Capital, with participation from Sierra Ventures, Dynamo Ventures and strategic angel investors from the hospitality ownership, brand and technology sectors. The funding was announced on September 21, 2026.
Founded in 2026, AIHG is led by founder and CEO Sloan Dean, co-founder and CTO Kishan Dahya, Chief Operating Officer Eve Moore, and founding partner and head of data and analytics Zach Cunningham. The company is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
AIHG operates hotels under management agreements rather than selling its technology as standalone software. Its operating model uses a unified data layer and autonomous AI agents to coordinate back-office workflows across areas including recruiting, accounting, revenue management, sales and other hotel operations, while guest-facing functions remain handled by hotel staff. The company says its system includes more than 60 AI agents.
AIHG plans to use the seed capital to expand its agentic platform and support the onboarding of its first group of managed hotel properties.
