Ascerta, formerly known as Pay-i, has raised $18 million in a Series A funding round led by Dell Technologies Capital. Hitachi Ventures, BGV, Wipro Ventures and existing investors also participated in the financing.

The US-based company provides an Enterprise AI Management platform designed to help organizations connect AI spending, adoption and performance with business outcomes. Its products include Atlas for measuring AI return on investment across an enterprise, Forge for monitoring coding-agent adoption and productivity, and Convoy for managing provisioned AI capacity.

Ascerta was co-founded by CEO David Tepper, CTO Doron Holan and COO Erik Winters. The company said the latest financing brings its total capital raised to approximately $23 million.

The company plans to use the Series A funding to scale its platform and go-to-market team and broaden integrations with enterprise AI tools. Its platform currently works across AI models, copilots, coding agents and other enterprise AI systems, helping organizations assess which deployments are producing measurable business value.
