Hyderabad-based Bower School of Entrepreneurship has raised ₹26.8 crore in a pre-Series A funding round to expand its entrepreneurship education programmes, develop a dedicated campus and strengthen its technology platform.

The round included returning investors, new investors from the education sector, a Silicon Valley-based investor and high-net-worth individuals. Ravi Reddy and Bharath Maguluri participated as investors and subsequently joined the institution as partners. The latest financing follows Bower’s ₹11.5 crore seed round, bringing its total reported funding to ₹38.3 crore.

Founded in 2024 by Pavan Allena, Bower School provides entrepreneurship education for school students, undergraduates, working professionals and startup founders. Its programmes combine practical business learning, mentorship and opportunities to develop ventures.

The company plans to use the new capital to expand its academic programmes, increase student enrolment and recruit educators, industry practitioners and venture specialists. It also intends to establish a standalone campus in Hyderabad and develop a connected technology platform for learners, mentors, founders and its wider community.

Bower will also strengthen existing university partnerships and pursue new institutional collaborations across India.

According to the institution, it has supported more than 150 startups and introduced nine programmes spanning school education, undergraduate learning, executive education and founder development.

Its programmes have reached more than 8,000 K-12 learners, alongside 50 undergraduate students and 150 executive education students. Its Founder OS platform connects more than 2,000 founders, while over 200 students are pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate programmes through institutional partnerships.

Before establishing Bower, Allena founded Metamorphosis Edu, an entrepreneurship education company that was subsequently acquired by BrightCHAMPS.
