Dapta secured $6 million in seed financing led by Chingona Ventures, bringing total funding to $7.4 million. The company plans to expand its AI sales automation platform across the US and Latin America.

Dapta, a US-based AI sales automation startup, has raised $6 million in a seed funding round led by Chingona Ventures. The round included participation from Crew Capital, Broom Ventures, and Cometa VC, alongside existing investors 500 Global and Fen Ventures. The investment brings the company’s total funding to $7.4 million.

Founded by Nicolás Rojas, Dapta operates from Scottsdale, Arizona, and Miami, Florida. The company develops AI-powered sales and customer service tools that help small and medium-sized businesses automate customer interactions, manage incoming enquiries, and convert prospective customers into sales opportunities.

Its AI sales agent, Dapti, uses voice and text capabilities to respond to incoming leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings without requiring continuous human intervention. The platform supports businesses across industries including financial services, legal services, home services, and insurance.

Dapta said its AI sales agent had reached more than 200,000 users, with approximately 4,000 additional users joining each week. Its customer base includes businesses in the United States and Latin America.

The company plans to use the new capital to expand across the United States and Latin America, develop additional capabilities for its AI agents, strengthen customer acquisition, and grow its sales, marketing, and product teams.

The financing follows Dapta’s $1.4 million pre-seed round in 2024, which included backing from investors that participated in the latest funding.
