Conveo, a Belgium-based AI customer research startup, has raised $50 million in a Series A round led by DST Global Partners. Balderton Capital, Visionaries, 6 Degrees Capital and Y Combinator also participated in the financing. The round brings Conveo’s total funding to $55.8 million.
Founded in Antwerp in 2024 by Ben De Smet, Hendrik Van Hove and Dieter De Mesmaeker, Conveo develops software for qualitative customer and consumer research. Its platform uses AI moderators to conduct voice and video interviews, analyse responses and turn research findings into a searchable body of customer insights for enterprise teams.
Conveo said more than 400 enterprises use its platform, including more than 50 Fortune 500 companies. Customers cited by the company include Google, Unilever, AB InBev and Canva.
The company plans to use the Series A capital to expand further in the US and continue developing its platform as broader consumer-understanding infrastructure for enterprise customers.
