Cyera has raised a $400 million extension to its Series G financing from Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The investment extends the cybersecurity company’s Series G, which was led by Evolution Equity Partners. Cyera said it is now valued at more than $12 billion.
Founded in 2021 by CEO Yotam Segev and CTO Tamar Bar-Ilan, Cyera is headquartered in New York and develops security software for enterprise data, identities and AI agents. Its platform is designed to help organisations identify sensitive data, govern who or what can access it, and monitor interactions involving human users, machines and AI agents.
Cyera said the new capital will support additional capabilities across its AI Security product roadmap, expansion in the US federal market and continued international growth across EMEA and APAC. The company has also expanded its platform into non-human identity management following its acquisition of Oasis Security.
The extension follows Cyera’s $600 million Series G announced on June 10, 2026, at a $12 billion valuation. That financing was led by Evolution Equity Partners, with participation from Cyberstarts and Temasek alongside existing investors.
