The investment will support De¹ as it develops its AI and on-chain market infrastructure within the BNB Chain ecosystem. The transaction amount and ownership terms were not disclosed.
De¹ has received an investment from YZi Labs as the financial technology company seeks to expand its Financial World Model and related infrastructure within the BNB Chain ecosystem.
The companies did not disclose the amount invested, the ownership stake involved or the specific transaction structure. De¹ said the investment is intended to support development of AI-native financial applications that learn from live market activity.
De¹ is developing what it calls the Financial World Model, an intelligence and execution layer designed to use actual market transactions as feedback for machine-learning systems. According to the company, its infrastructure connects more than 1,000 liquidity sources across over 40 blockchain networks and feeds execution outcomes back into the model to improve routing and market analysis. These operating-scale figures are company-reported.
The system is designed for developers, traders, financial institutions and AI agents. De¹ says its infrastructure combines liquidity aggregation, execution technology and reinforcement-learning optimization, with potential applications spanning trading, perpetual markets, prediction markets and tokenized assets.
The investment also connects De¹ with YZi Labs’ EASY Residency program. YZi Labs, formerly known as Binance Labs, operates the program for early-stage companies working across Web3, artificial intelligence and biotechnology. Its current Season 4 terms advertise investments of up to $500,000 per company, structured as $150,000 for 5% through a SAFE and an additional $350,000 through an uncapped SAFE.
Contemporaneous coverage of the Season 4 cohort identified De¹ among the selected companies and reported a $500,000 investment for each participant. However, De¹’s dedicated August 28 investment announcement did not specify its investment amount or confirm that its transaction used the program’s full standard package. Bipsiq therefore treats the De¹-specific investment amount as not disclosed.
The investment follows De¹’s August launch of its Financial World Model. Its current website lists YZi Labs alongside Amber Group, Multicoin, CMS, OKX Ventures and DFG among the platform’s backers.
YZi Labs operates as an independent investment vehicle focused on Web3, AI and biotechnology. The firm says it manages more than $10 billion in assets globally and traces its investment operations to Binance Labs, which was renamed YZi Labs in January 2025.
