HiringCafe job search platform interface for its AI-powered job discovery service.
HiringCafe has secured $6.8 million in pre-seed funding led by Spark Capital as it develops its AI-powered job discovery platform and AI Talent Agent.

HiringCafe, an AI-powered job discovery platform, has raised $6.8 million in pre-seed funding led by Spark Capital. The round also included participation from Nonfiction Capital, Silicon Gardens, and angel investors with backgrounds at ZipRecruiter and Indeed.

Founded in 2022, HiringCafe began as a job search project created by Ali Mir, with Hamed Nilforoshan later joining as co-founder. The platform searches employer career pages directly and organizes job listings for candidates rather than relying primarily on jobs submitted or sponsored through traditional job boards.

The company uses AI and web-indexing technology to help job seekers search and filter opportunities. Alongside the fundraising announcement, HiringCafe launched its AI Talent Agent, which allows users to create AI agents that search available roles on their behalf and recommend positions based on information including their resume and experience. The service is being offered to job seekers without a subscription fee.

HiringCafe said it has grown to more than 2 million monthly active users. The company plans to use the new capital to continue developing and expanding its job discovery and real-time career search technology.
