Seattle-based Kanu AI has raised $11.7 million in a seed round led by Trilogy Equity Partners, with participation from a16z speedrun, BMW i Ventures and Accel. The financing was announced on September 30, 2026.

Founded in 2025 by Karan Grover and Harsh Patel, Kanu AI develops AI-powered software for enterprise software delivery and workflow automation. Grover serves as CEO and Patel as COO. The company is headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

Kanu’s platform is designed to capture how organizations work and convert their data, operational knowledge and workflows into production-grade software. Its technology operates within a customer’s cloud environment and can build application code and infrastructure, deploy systems, run validation checks, monitor operational signals and iterate on deployments.

Kanu said it had more than doubled its revenue in each quarter since launch and was serving enterprises across commercial real estate, insurance, financial services and technology at the time of the funding announcement. The company also said its software was available through AWS Marketplace and Google Cloud Marketplace.

The new capital is expected to support hiring across engineering and business roles as the company expands deployment of its enterprise software platform.
