Logibot, a Belgian robotics software startup focused on warehouse automation, raised €1.4 million in seed funding. The round was led by BeamBerlin, the Berlin-based venture builder backed by intralogistics company BEUMER Group. RDY.VC and PMV participated, while funding disclosures also identified finance&invest.brussels and business angels, including BAN Flanders, among the backers.
Founded in 2025 by Louis Verspreeuwen and Salimzhan Gafurov, Logibot is based in Zellik, Belgium. The company develops a hardware-agnostic AI software platform for deploying and operating robots in warehouses and other intralogistics environments.
The platform is designed to help logistics operators identify processes suitable for automation, test robotic workflows through simulation, train robotic behaviours, integrate selected machines into existing warehouse operations, and monitor their performance after deployment. Logibot does not manufacture robots and is designed to work across multiple robot manufacturers, reducing dependence on a single hardware supplier.
Logibot focuses on warehouse tasks including sorting, unloading, pallet handling, cage movement and internal transport. Its commercial model includes software subscriptions, proof-of-concept engagements and Robot-as-a-Service deployments.
The company plans to use the new capital to expand initial customer deployments and assemble a second robotic system in Zellik. Verspreeuwen said Logibot was already deploying its first robots with customers in Denmark and Belgium.
