Navra has raised $19 million in a Series A funding round led by Ribbit, with participation from Baseline, DCM, Jump Crypto and Figure Technology Solutions. The financing was announced on October 6, 2026.

Founded in 2026 by Mike Cagney and June Ou, Las Vegas-based Navra is developing a financial technology platform for retail investors and institutions seeking access to blockchain-based financial markets.

The company is building mobile and desktop applications that provide access to multiple blockchain venues, DeFi yield protocols and cash rails through a single interface. Navra says the platform includes keyless self-custody, an embedded AI agent and institutional features including role-based controls, audit trails and integrations with fund accounting and administration systems. The platform is also intended to be offered through white-label partnerships.

Navra said it will use the Series A proceeds to expand its AI infrastructure and platform and support customer and partner acquisition. Figure Technology Solutions has been named as its first blockchain partner, with Navra integrating Figure’s Democratized Prime yield protocol and YLDS. The company plans a limited rollout for retail and institutional users in late October 2026, followed by white-label availability.
