One Equity Partners (OEP), a middle-market private equity firm, has made a majority investment in Myriad360, a New York-based global systems integrator. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. Myriad360’s existing leadership team will continue to lead the business and retain a significant ownership position alongside OEP.
Founded in 2003, Myriad360 provides technology and services across AI, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, data center modernization and managed services. The company works with enterprises, neoclouds and other organizations on complex technology initiatives.
The investment is intended to provide Myriad360 with additional capital and strategic support to invest in talent and services, expand its capabilities for clients and pursue acquisitions that complement the business. Jay Miley serves as President and CEO of Myriad360, while Andrew Fisher, who founded the company, serves as Chief Culture Officer.
One Equity Partners invests in middle-market companies across sectors including technology, healthcare and industrials. In September 2025, the firm closed its ninth fund with $3.25 billion in committed capital, bringing its combined assets under management to approximately $16 billion at that time.
