OuterSignal branding for its $22 million Series A funding announcement.
OuterSignal has secured $22 million in Series A funding to expand its agentic customer intelligence and personalization platform for consumer businesses.

OuterSignal has raised $22 million in a Series A funding round co-led by Long Journey Ventures and Abstract Ventures. The company’s funding announcement also lists BAM Ventures, Top Shelf Ventures, SuperAngel.Fund, AME Cloud Ventures, OpenSky and Family Fund as participants, alongside angel investors and executives from its customer base.

The New York-based company was launched in January 2026 by co-founders Zach Zelner and Noah Friedman. OuterSignal develops an agentic customer intelligence platform for consumer businesses, connecting with commerce platforms and CRM systems to build richer profiles of individual customers using transaction data and public context.

Its platform is designed to help brands identify VIP customers and influencers, create audience segments and support personalized campaigns and advertising audiences. OuterSignal says the platform is used by thousands of consumer businesses and has processed hundreds of millions of orders since launch.

OuterSignal plans to use the Series A capital to expand its research engine, develop personalization capabilities that can generate customer-specific messaging, and grow its engineering, go-to-market, operations and customer experience teams. The company said much of the funding will support team expansion in New York and across remote roles in the US.
