Something & Nothing has raised $6.4 million in equity funding led by Venrex, with participation from existing institutional investors Rianta Capital, ACF Investors and The Source Ventures, Spadel’s venture investment arm. Venrex will also join the company’s board. The financing brings Something & Nothing’s total funding since 2020 to $15.7 million.

Founded in the UK by Oliver “Olly” Dixon and Rupert Pugsley, Something & Nothing produces premium sodas made with fruit juices, extracts and botanicals, without added sugar or sweeteners. Its range includes flavours such as Yuzu, Pineapple & Pink Grapefruit and Mango & Thai Basil.

The company entered the US market in 2021, and the country now accounts for more than 65% of its global revenue, according to the company. Something & Nothing expanded into 260 Whole Foods Market stores in 2025 and has since added retailers including H-E-B, The Fresh Market, Erewhon and Gelson’s. The company says its products are available through approximately 17,000 retail doors worldwide.

Something & Nothing plans to use the new capital for consumer marketing, expansion of its US sales and regional teams, additional capacity across production, marketing and finance, and working capital to support its 2027 retail pipeline. The company is also preparing its first significant national consumer-awareness investment and aims to double the business in 2027.
