Mumbai-based Unveilr AI has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round from AJVC at a reported valuation of ₹16.7 crore. The funding was reported on October 1, 2026. The startup plans to use the capital to expand its engineering team, develop additional capabilities for its AI agents, build its sales organisation and expand across India, the UAE and the US.
Founded by Sanditya Srivastava and launched in February 2026, Unveilr AI provides search engine optimisation (SEO) and answer engine optimisation (AEO) services to B2B and consumer brands. Its offering is designed to help companies improve their visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.
The company combines proprietary AI agents with specialist execution. Its systems monitor how brands appear in AI-generated answers, identify queries where competitors are surfaced and analyse the sources used by AI engines, while its team works on content, technical optimisation and digital authority.
AJVC describes Unveilr as an AI-native services company and said the startup had worked with more than 10 B2B and B2C brands since launching. The investor’s portfolio page lists Mumbai as the company’s location and identifies Srivastava as its founder.
