The Shenzhen robotics deployment company said the financing, which it describes as its first institutional round, will support international expansion, commercialization, software development and partner operations.
Warpify Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., the company behind the Warpify Robotics brand, completed an undisclosed Pre-A financing involving Zhongguancun Zhongnuo Fund. Warpify first published the financing announcement in early August before redistributing the news through PR Newswire on August 28 under the label Pre-Series A.
The company did not disclose the amount, valuation or financing structure. Warpify described the transaction as its first institutional financing.
Warpify said it plans to use the capital to expand in priority international markets, strengthen its commercialization capabilities and continue development of its software, operating tools and delivery systems. The company also plans to invest in partner enablement and lifecycle support.
Based in Shenzhen, Warpify Technology operates Warpify Robotics as its public-facing robotics brand. Rather than offering a fixed catalogue from a single robot manufacturer, the company structures deployments around specific customer workflows and operating environments. Its process can include assessing the work to be automated, selecting robot platforms and payloads, connecting software and enterprise systems, planning deployment and coordinating ongoing service.
Warpify supports several commercial deployment models. Depending on the application, customers can purchase robotic systems directly, lease equipment or use a Robotics-as-a-Service model. Under the RaaS approach described by the company, Warpify and local operating partners may coordinate deployment, monitoring, maintenance, repairs and service management around a defined scope of robotic work.
Company materials identify Rick Zhang as a founder of Warpify Robotics and Iven Wang as a co-founder. Bipsiq could not verify a current chief executive title from the primary sources reviewed.
Warpify’s website currently lists robotics applications including hospital logistics, industrial inspection, security patrol, solar panel cleaning and material handling.
Financial terms for the Zhongguancun Zhongnuo Fund financing remain undisclosed.
