GMI Cloud secured $668 million through a $223 million Series B equity round and a $445 million credit facility to expand its AI infrastructure and inference operations.

GMI Cloud, a Mountain View, California-based provider of GPU infrastructure and AI inference services, has raised $668 million in new financing, comprising $223 million in Series B equity and a $445 million credit facility led by CTBC.

The Series B was led by ARCHIV, with participation from NVIDIA, DSC Investment, Trend Micro, KB Investment, Kyobo Life, KT Corporation and other investors.

Led by founder and CEO Alex Yeh, GMI Cloud operates an AI-native cloud platform providing compute, inference and agent infrastructure. The company serves enterprises and developers deploying and scaling production AI workloads across the United States and Asia-Pacific.

GMI Cloud plans to use the financing to expand capacity in the United States, Taiwan and other Asia-Pacific markets, grow its inference services and support strategic hiring.
